**Preferred but not required: chiropractic experience either as a patient or working in the chiropractic field
Position Details: **15-25/ hrs per week**
-Answering Phone Calls
-Scheduling New Patients
-Following up with leads/ new patients
-Capture videos for social media purposes during patient hours
-Create Reels + repurpose on Tiktok/ Youtube
-Create Canvas (must have experience with Canva)
-Create newsletters
-Manage monthly internal events + promotions
-Publish stories on IG/FB to foster community
-Manage the patient experience gifts
-Set up talks for Doctors to give local businesses for lunch and learns
-Set up marketing/ screening events to attract new patients to the practice
-Attend marketing/screening events
-Leading marketing meeting each month
-Welcoming patients
· Receiving and managing payments
· Connecting with existing patients
· Scheduling and rescheduling current patients
· Following up with emails/ texts
· Communicating chiropractic
· Providing hope to families
· Holding babies/ playing with kids
· Administrative tasks
