Care plan sales and marketing for a Chiropractic Office

Are you an outgoing and energetic individual with sales experience in the healthcare industry ? Absolute Acquisitions LLC is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator with sales skiils/ care plan presentation to join our team in Chandler, AZ. As the treatment coordinator/ patient specialist, you will play a crucial role in case presentation, closing patients on wellness treatments, and coordinating patient care in our chiropractic office. Outbound calls to new and past patients, along with some outreach marketing to leads are other key tasks of the position.

**Responsibilities:**
- Present patients with care treatment plans and close them on wellness packages to support their health and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, on the phone and in person
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Learn/cross-train on daily office operations, including managing SM leads, marketing outreach, patient appointments, and customer service.
- Oversee office marketing, working closely with the owners to implement the company's vision and values.
- Coordinate with other companies about our corporate wellness program.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including HIPAA guidelines
**What we are looking for:**
- Sales experience and customer relations.
- Experience in presenting and closing treatment plans with patients.
- Chiropractic office management or a related healthcare field preferred.
-Familiar with Electronic Health records systems- ChiroTouch EHR proficiency would be helpful.
- Knowledge of healthcare administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Marketing experience is a plus.
**Hours:**
- Right now, the office is only open 3 days a week! We are hoping to open 4-5 days a week over the next year, but for now, this is a 27 hours/week role.
M, W, Th 9-6pm; Tues & Fridays off
At Absolute Acquisitions LLC, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, the base salary is dependent on experience, but the bonus structure is unlimited and you could potentially make $55,000+. (I would love for you to make 6-figures selling our awesome wellness plans to patients!)
