Full-Time Chiropractor Needed to Grow with Our Family Practice in Frisco, TX
Are you a passionate and entrepreneurial Doctor of Chiropractic looking for a long-term opportunity to build a thriving practice with the support of a seasoned mentor? Our family-owned clinic in Frisco, Texas, has been a pillar of health and wellness for over 25 years, and we're seeking a like-minded individual to join our team.
This is a unique, high-growth opportunity for a licensed chiropractor to launch and grow their own patient base within our established practice. You'll work alongside Dr. Venn, who is committed to passing on his decades of experience while giving you the freedom to find your own way and practice your own style of chiropractic care.
The Opportunity: Build a Practice, Your Way
This isn't a typical salaried associate position. This role is designed for a "go-getter" with a long-term vision. We offer a compensation structure based on a 50% commission of total weekly collections, with absolutely NO CAP on your income. Our goal is to set you up for massive success. While it takes time to build a patient base, our associates typically see their yearly income double or triple that of a standard salaried position by year three. We will actively assist you in driving new patients to your schedule to ensure your growth is fast and steady.
What you'll do:
- Perform manual adjustments.
- Take and read X-rays.
- Document patient progress and chart medical notes.
- Develop positive doctor-patient relationships.
- Lead a healthy lifestyle by example.
- Collaborate with a team that offers massage, nutrition, and hypnotherapy.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a friendly, outgoing team player with a strong belief in the power of chiropractic care. You should be subluxation-based, focused on treating the patient as a whole, and open-minded to other modalities that complement their care.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9am - 6pm
- Friday: 9am - 5pm
- Enjoy a daily 2-hour lunch break, with Wednesdays and weekends off.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate of Chiropractic (Required)
- Valid Texas Chiropractic License (Required)
- Must carry Malpractice insurance (Required)
