Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children in a Christian Preschool. This role involves educating preschool-aged children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development, and ensuring their safety and well-being in a daycare setting. The Preschool Teacher will be part of a team that promotes learning througn experience and exploration.
Duties
- Educate children in various subjects, including basic literacy, critical thinking and creativity.
- Provide toddler care by attending to the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each child.
- Manage classroom activities effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special education needs.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience working with students in a preschool or daycare setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to create engaging physical education activities tailored for young children.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
