Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report when stock is low.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites if necessary.
- Must be able to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
