We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning tasks and any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions:
