Hiring Part-Time Cleaning Associate (Floater) for 4-8 hours per week. Position is scheduledas needed . Hours would be scheduled during the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Monday - Friday. Schedule will change weekly. Generally shifts around 2-3 hours. Must have open availability most of these days to be considered.
Postion provides paid training and requires flexibility to work as needed during given time frames. There is room for growth and more hours to interested, qualified candidates. Pay increase and bonus opportunities for exemplary work product and attendance.
Independent travel to job site required in the Rockville area. Local applicants are best suited due to short shifts. Must be 18 years of age or older, have a cell phone, reliable transportation, and be very dependable. Starting pay is $14 per hour with opportunity for increases/bonuses after demonstrating exemplary work and attendance. Serious inquiries only.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
- Possess a valid driver's license to travel between locations.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative and working independently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
