Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role requires a commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and sanitize restrooms.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning tasks and schedules.
- Adhere to company standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. We offer a complete trainee program.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.
- English is required with a base or intermediate communication fluency of speaking.
