- A valid driver's license and transportation to our facility/job site each day.
- A comfort level with driving a ¾ ton Cargo Van.
- Capability of doing and enjoying physical work
- Friendly, reliable and professional personality.
- A desire to grow and open to learning.

As a growth company we are looking for people who are willing to develop into more significant future roles beyond a cleaner. We are looking for flexibility to work days or nights. Most cleaning is planned out on a regular schedule that repeats, but occasionally we have urgent cleaning. We have incentive pay for urgent cleaning and cleaners who demonstrate high performance.
