Cleaning/Custodial:
- General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Trash Removal: Emptying wastebaskets and replacing liners.
- Restroom Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
- Surface Cleaning: Dusting furniture, cleaning windows, and spot cleaning.
- Event Setup/Cleanup: Assisting with setting up and cleaning up for events.
- Repairs: May include minor repairs like changing light bulbs or patching small holes.
Grounds Maintenance:
- Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, and trimming grass areas.
- Plant Care: Watering, weeding, pruning, planting, and fertilizing lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Trash Removal: Emptying trash receptacles, picking up litter, and disposing of waste.
- Snow Removal: Clearing snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, and other areas.
- General Upkeep: Ensuring grounds are clean, attractive, and safe.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
