We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaning Inspector to ensure quality control and consistency across our cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will inspect properties after cleaning is completed, confirm that all tasks meet our company’s standards, and provide feedback or corrections when necessary. Your work ensures that our clients receive the highest level of cleanliness and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned rooms, facilities, or buildings
- Evaluate cleanliness according to company and client standards
- Provide on-the-spot coaching or correction to cleaning staff when needed
- Complete inspection checklists and reports
- Communicate effectively with cleaning teams and supervisors
- Report any issues, damages, or safety concerns found during inspection
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients and staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning (1+ year preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with safety procedures and cleaning protocols
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple job sites
