Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various locations, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable vehicle, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
This part- time opportunity may grow into a full time, depending on performance.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential or commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Will train the right candidate
- Must be able follow directions, strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job location.
