Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Clerical Coordinator to support the timely processing and distribution of laboratory results related to workers’ compensation claims. This administrative role is critical in ensuring accurate documentation, communication with laboratory partners, and coordination with physicians. The position is based on-site at our West Chester, PA office, with the opportunity to earn hybrid work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately notate and document laboratory testing results
- Communicate daily with laboratory partners to ensure workflow alignment
- Coordinate and distribute laboratory results to physicians
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files associated with lab testing and results
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience with data entry is preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
