Qualifications and Duties

  • Ability to work independently on assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Proficient knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database management (Microsoft Office).
  • Prepare and route correspondence.
  • Answer large volumes of phone calls and walk in inquires.
  • Schedule appointments and take messages.
  • Assist with student health issues.
  • Order and monitor supplies.
  • Billing and accounting experience desired.
  • Experience handling cash transactions
  • Organize and distribute mail.
  • Maintain information and records in a confidential manner.
  • Work effectively with staff, students, parents, and volunteers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
