Client Account Associate

We are one of the top sales and client acquisitions firms in the New Orleans area, looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as the Client Account Associate. This position will be the main point of contact for our clients, managing and nurturing those relationships ensuring their needs are met, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This is an entry-level role, meaning this is an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable sales skills and insights of the current telecommunications market, and knowledge in client relationship management.
What you will do as a Client Account Associate:
- Act as the main point of contact for our clients, engaging in informative conversations, identifying problems, and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Oversee clients' accounts, offering products and services that suit their currenttelecommunicationsneeds, and identify the potential of upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
- Practice our proven sales strategies with our mentors and upper management to ensure a consistent approach and maximize client satisfaction, ensuring a high customer retention rate.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, ensuring that every interaction has followed the company’s compliance and regulations practices.
- Collaborate with the sales department to ensure our clients are informed of upcoming pricing advantages and offers, providing personalized suggestions that best suit their needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,090.00 - $63,400.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
