What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and targeted market research.
- Client Engagement: Initiate conversations via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to uncover client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Sales Execution: Confidently present our services, manage objections, and close deals to meet or exceed acquisition targets.
- Seamless Onboarding Handoff: Partner with internal teams to ensure new clients experience a smooth, professional onboarding process.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, client challenges, and competitor offerings to fine-tune outreach strategies.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, communication, and deal status in our CRM system.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, support, and account teams to ensure a cohesive, client-first experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development (preferred but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
