*Job Summary*
We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team and provide quality customer service to our clients and support to the staff. The client care coordinator plays a pivotal role as the initial point of contact for our community members. Their responsibilities encompass providing assistance with service inquiries, doctor referrals, onboarding new clients, researching insurance and billing for the psychiatric care billing and scheduling. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, is organized, task oriented and is able to work independently. The position is based out of our Searcy location. It is part-time, with optional extra hours for the right candidate. The base rate starts at $12 hourly with a raise opportunity every 6 months. Experience will be considered with starting rate. This position is also a great opportunity for a mental health graduate student, with practicum and intern opportunities.
Client Care Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with clients to schedule intake appointments and ensure that follow-up onboarding tasks are completed
- Manage client accounts, assist clients with billing inquiries and account issues
- Assist with psychiatric care scheduling, billing and facilitate communication between med management providers, their patients and therapists.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and processing of payments, uploading documentation to charts, assisting therapeutic staff with questions and needs.
- Provide clinic operational support by running occasional errands, office supply purchasing, office maintenance, assisting with logistics of staffing meetings, therapist trainings and general staff support.
Client Care Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively via the telephone, email and text.
- Proficient in Google Suite and cloud-based software applications
- Able to be organized and multitask under pressure
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Willow Tree Counseling is a family owned and operated business with over a dozen individuals receiving paychecks to support their families, and 500+ clients receiving mental health care currently.
