Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with incoming leads and event attendees who are considering joining our education programs at systemic stages of the funnel
- Conduct in-person and virtual enrollment meetings to assess fit and and appropriateness
- Collaborate with support staff and instructor staff to ensure a frictionless enrollment process
- Help qualified prospects take the next step with confidence
What You Need:
- Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience (not retail or commission-based churn)
- Professional presence, emotional intelligence, and clear verbal communication
- Bonus: Background in education, coaching, or financial services
- Bonus: Familiarity with Sandler Selling, Challenger Sale, or SPIN Selling
Location:
On-site – Tampa, FL campus
Compensation:
Depends on experience and value alignment. This is a strategic role, not a volume-based one.
