Location: Remote – USA
As Revecore’s Client Intelligence Data Analyst, you will:
Be instrumental in building the next generation of client-facing reports and dashboards, enabling healthcare executives to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and make data-informed decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into compelling visual stories and actionable insights.
The Role:
- Design and develop scalable, insightful client reporting solutions using T-SQL and Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven products.
- Analyze healthcare claims, remittance, and other related data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build predictive models and advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks and methodologies to enhance client experience.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and executives.
You’ll be successful if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in T-SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Expertise in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, especially denials management, is a plus.
- Experience with Python or other statistical tools is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for solving problems and driving business value through data.
- Demonstrated experience operating within environments governed by rigorous data privacy and security standards, with a strong understanding of compliance protocols and risk mitigation practices.

- A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
- The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
