Join a Prestigious Financial Planning Firm as a Client Operations Associate & Future Financial Planner
Summary: We’re seeking a detail-driven, organized, and proactive professional to support the firm’s lead financial planner in day-to-day operations, client service, and financial planning. This role is ideal for someone who is both systems-oriented and client-focused, capable of juggling administrative, paraplanning, and project management responsibilities—and who aspires to grow into a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) role in the future.
Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Support
- Translate high-level planning concepts into repeatable workflows
- Assist in the execution of key projects: tech integrations, onboarding improvements, service updates
- Build and refine templates, workflows, and internal processes
Administrative & Client Service Support
- Act as first point of contact for client communications and scheduling
- Prepare and process account paperwork, service requests, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely completion of action items
Paraplanning & Planning Support
- Assist with data gathering, fact finding, and basic financial plan preparation
- Help monitor client plans and follow-through on recommendations
- Support planning meetings by taking notes and preparing reports or deliverables
Career Development & Learning
- Gain exposure to client planning processes and tools with mentorship from lead advisor
- Pursue coursework and support toward CFP® certification (encouraged and supported)
- Build long-term career path toward becoming a lead financial planner
Ideal Profile (or instinctive style):

- Comfortable turning abstract ideas into practical tools or workflows
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years in financial services, paraplanning, or administrative support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—client interaction experience a plus
- Proven ability to manage systems, timelines, and priorities
- Familiarity with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Advyzon), CRMs, and Microsoft Office
- Interest in pursuing Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification and long-term career in planning

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
