This is a full-time Client Service Specialist role at Jet 1 located in Naples, FL. The specialist will be responsible for providing excellent client support, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering top-notch client service on-site.

Qualifications:

• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries effectively
• Flexibility and multi-tasking is a must
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills
• Phone etiquette and customer experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus

Schedule and location:

• This role requires availability on nights and weekends, depending on business needs.
• Long nights or early mornings can be worked from home.
• Daytime weekday hours should be worked in-office.
• Office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, but this position is not expected to be in office the duration of daytime hours. Coming into the office late or leaving early on slower days is acceptable. We value efficiency, flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring our clients receive top-tier service.
