Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Enrollment Representative:
- Engage with customers face to face, offering assistance, providing information, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
- Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism, ensuring everything is captivating to the eye.
- Respond to client inquiries about products, services, and policies, providing knowledgeable, helpful, and effective customer service.
- Attend daily meetings with fellow Entry-Level Enrollment Representatives to achieve business objectives and support a positive, goal-oriented team environment.
- Continuously improving product knowledge and participating in professional development opportunities.
- Demonstrating dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic as an Entry-Level Enrollment Representative.
Requirements of the Entry-Level Enrollment Representative:
- Strong communication skills to connect with both clients and team members.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and organizational skills for handling transactions and maintaining records accurately.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
