Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of the Case Management Unit.
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems.
- Ensure department-wide compliance with funding source regulations and agency requirements.
- Guide and support unit supervisors and Associate Managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and technical direction.
- Coordinate interdepartmental and cross-unit collaboration.
- Provide input on the development of training materials in collaboration with the Training and Development staff.
- Responsible for the data collection and submission of program reports, participating in information and data gathering for audit, troubleshooting discrepancies, and guiding corrective actions.
- Manage staffing levels and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead planning, strategy development, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Handle complex personnel matters and performance issues.
- Serve as an agency liaison with funders and partners on program issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and trends in program administration.
- Participate in work groups, cultivate relationships with community partners.
- Assist in developing agenda materials.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
