What You'll Be Doing:
As our Client Success Manager you'll be the go-to person for keeping our clients happy and our cleaning teams (aka our rockstar Team Members) on track. You’ll spend time out in the field doing site visits, solving problems, and making sure everything shines—literally and figuratively. This is a brand-new role, so you’ll have the chance to help us build something great from the ground up.
A Day in the Life:
- Lead and support multiple cleaning teams to deliver high level service
- Be the main contact for our school and office clients
- Drop by job sites regularly to make sure we’re keeping our standards high
- Jump in to solve problems and handle client concerns
- Keep our schedule on track and make sure everyone knows where they need to be
- Help onboard and train new team members
- Share updates and feedback with our Director of Services
- Team up with our Team Leads to fix issues and celebrate wins
- Make sure everyone’s following the rules and representing our company proudly
You’ll Be Great At This If You:
- Are a natural leader who knows how to keep people motivated and on task
- Are super organized and good at solving problems on the fly
- Can communicate clearly and kindly with clients and team members
- Are comfortable with technology and apps
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Are bilingual (English/Spanish) – not required, but definitely a plus!
