Your Role:
As the Clinical Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will guide and inspire a team of LMHP and PLMHP staff, while delivering high-quality mental health services for youth with complex behavioral and emotional needs.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of behavioral health professionals.
- Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for youth with high-acuity needs.
- Providing direct therapy and crisis intervention for youth facing behavioral, substance use, and mental health challenges.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide whole-person, trauma-informed care.
- Serving as an on-call resource, ensuring 24/7 access to mental health support.

Requirements/ Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Behavioral Health Practitioner Supervisor I: Nebraska License as a Mental Health Practitioner.
Behavioral Health Practitioner Supervisor II: Nebraska License as a Mental Health Practitioner and Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience with youth in juvenile justice or behavioral health programs.
Legal Requirements: Licensure requirements for all levels pursuant to Nebraska State Statutes 38-2122, 38-2124, and 38-316.
Salary:
- Level I: $33.161/hour Min Permanent Rate: $34.820/Hour
- Level II: $37.789/hour Min Permanent Rate $39.679/hour
- PLUS $3.00/hour shift differential for qualifying hours!
