A Day in the Life of a Clinical Data Associate at Discovery Life Sciences:
- Review and analyze electronic medical records.
- Enter eligible information into Salesforce with attention to detail.
- Schedule appointments for tissue sample collection.
- Send shipment notifications.
Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in life sciences is preferred
- Previous biotech or medical experience is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze electronic medical records (EMRs) from clinical sites to identify potential donors for biospecimen collections that meet complex research criteria
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data entered in SalesForce database
- Create appointment schedules for tissue sample collection at clinical sites
- Send shipment summaries in follow up to customer shipment notifications and other duties as assigned.
- Consistent and predictable attendance is an essential function of the position. This role is required ON-SITE

- This position is onsite and our Huntsville location.
- Flexible work schedule, start time between 7am and 8:30am local time
