What you will be doing:

Report directly to the Regional Clinical Director.
Manage a reduced caseload while overseeing and supervising the staff team in the center.
Create personalized treatment plans with measurable goals using our Treatment Model.
Provide ongoing and responsive case management that meets the client's unique needs.
Demonstrate leadership qualities while providing effective training and learning opportunities for employees.
Provide training and supervision for Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analyst Interns.
Provide practical and compassionate caregiver education and training to assist families in supporting the client's needs.
Demonstrate understanding of initial and ongoing authorization requirements.
Demonstrate fluency in the use of Central Reach Clinical Management Software.
Model behaviors consistent with the mission and our core values.
Model behavior consistent with the BACB ethical code, TBC policies and procedures, and privacy regulations, while respecting client dignity.
Manage clinical schedule to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
Effectively lead your center to ensure client and employee well-being.
Complete any additional assigned tasks as directed.

Experience you will need:

Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
At least two years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
At least one year of experience with early intervention, managing client cases who are working on acquiring early learner skills including functional communication, play, and adaptive skills with children with autism.
Master's Degree in ABA, Special Education, or another related field.
Supervisory, leadership, or management experience of at least 2 years.
Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification.
