Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Director to join our team at Oak City Counseling. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services. The Clinical Director will play a vital role in shaping our practice's approach and enhancing the well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Lead and support clinical staff in delivering high-quality mental health services for children including play therapy
- Develop and implement treatment protocols and best practices for client care.
- Monitor client outcomes and adjust programs as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for clinicians.
- Collaborate with external partners to promote community mental health initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, or related field required.
- Valid licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC-S).
- Proven experience in healthcare management or clinical leadership roles.
- Ability to supervise associate licensees in NC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Training and expertise in play therapy
- Preferred RPT-S credential. Would consider candidate with RPT status and eligible for RPT-S
- Ability to hold a caseload of 15 Clients per week for play therapy or parent support
