Job Summary:
Mental Health/SUD agency looking for a Clinical Director responsible for overseeing all clinical operations within the mental health agency. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services, supervises clinical staff, and maintains compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body regulations. The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with strong leadership, organizational, and clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight for all therapy, psychiatric, and case management services.
- Supervise and support licensed therapists, psychologists, case managers, and interns.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- Conduct regular audits of client records and documentation for quality assurance.
- Participate in program development, strategic planning, and community outreach.
- Facilitate ongoing training, supervision, and professional development for clinical staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and client-centered care.
- Manage client grievances, crises, and high-risk situations as needed.
- Track and analyze clinical outcomes and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current and valid clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist) in [State].
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and legal standards.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire a diverse clinical team.

- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
