Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to lead our healthcare team. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. This role requires a strong background in healthcare management and medical management, along with a commitment to achieving excellence in clinical services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of clinical services, ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Meet minimum weekly billing requirements
- Manage clinical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between administrative staff and clinical teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in the state of Georgia as a practitioner to provide treatment, therapeutic advice or counseling for the rehabilitation of drug dependent persons in compliance with state practice acts or certified as an addiction counselor. (LPC, CADCII)
- Proven experience with substance abuse treatment.
- Strong understanding of JCAHO standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that enhance patient care quality.
