Gastroenterology Associates is hiring a clinical manager for their Kingsport office. This position provides oversight for all clinical office functions. The manager will be responsible for patient satisfaction; ensuring physicians are supported in their daily routine, leading a group of nurses and all other clinical functions as required.
The ideal candidate will possess a STRONG background in a clinical setting, possess a clinical license, and have multiple years of clinical management experience. The candidate needs a heart for patient care, a leadership mentality, and a passion to mentor staff. The ability to multitask and be efficient are a must.
