The Opportunity:
Accomplished Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to support and guide our clinical team in delivering high-quality, compliant home health care. This leadership role is vital to ensuring excellent patient outcomes, mentoring clinicians, and maintaining day-to-day clinical oversight at one of our Florida branches.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical supervision to field staff, ensuring care is in alignment with physician orders, regulatory requirements, and company standards
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to support clinical operations and quality assurance
- Conduct regular case conferences, chart reviews, and team meetings
- Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing education for clinical staff
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation within WellSky (Kinnser)
- Support compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state regulations, and CHAP accreditation standards
- Foster a positive team culture centered on accountability, excellence, and patient-centered care

What We’re Looking For:
- Current Florida RN license
- Current CPR certification
- AHCA Level II background screening
- Minimum of 2 years of home health experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Familiarity with WellSky (Kinnser) software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and state/federal home health regulations
