Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable CNC Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or turning centers) to produce precision parts
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining operations
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Adjust machine settings to meet exact specifications and tolerances
- Perform basic maintenance on machines and keep work area clean and safe
- Communicate effectively with team leads and quality control for any issues or improvements
- Accurately document production output, tooling changes, and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred
- 1+ years of CNC machine operation experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and G-code
- Strong understanding of basic math, measurement, and tolerancing
- Familiarity with Okuma or Fanuc-controlled machines is a plus
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Pay: From $24.04 per hour
