Job Description:
The CNC Press Brake Operator programs, and operates press brake machines to bend, form, andshape metal components according to specifications. This role requires a solid understanding ofsheet metal fabrication, machine setup, and tooling adjustments, along with strong attention todetail and quality. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and able to workeCiciently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**This position is for both first and third shift. Training will be conducted on third shift beforereleasing to first. Our first shift is from 7am to 3:30pm, third shift is from 12am to 8:30am.** Responsibilities:
- Machine set up including program retrieval and tool selection
- Quality control checks using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Routine maintenance including repairs and diagnosis of equipment
- Maintain production records
- Programming CNC interface for light gauge panel bending
- Ability to work independently, including decision making
Position requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years’ Experience
- Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation
- Material knowledge (i.e. galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless)
- Proficient in precision measurements (calipers, micrometers)
- Acute mechanical problem solving
- Proficient in mathematics
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs., stand for long periods, walk, bend, twist and squatting
- Able to work in extreme heat and cold environments
- Preferred but Not Required:
- Graphical interface experience
- Strong situation awareness
- Organizational skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
