ARB is currently seeking applicants with 2 or more years third party collections experience who are motivated to make money. All our current collectors make above average hourly and receive bonus checks on a monthly basis. We have get high volume flow of big balance/ high scoring installment loans.
Our process for recovering money is designed to help collectors succeed as they are the backbone of the business. When the collector succeeds the company succeeds. We utilize propensity to pay scoring which places accounts in front of you with a higher probability to pay. Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in account analysis and negotiation. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to secure payment on overdue accounts
- Negotiating payment plans with customers to clear outstanding debts
- Utilizing accounting software to track and update account information
- Conducting account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Analyzing accounts for discrepancies and resolving them promptly
- Applying financial concepts to assess customer payment capabilities
Experience:
- Proven experience in collections
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and account reconciliation
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate payment terms with customers
- Proficiency in using accounting software for managing accounts efficiently
