Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound collection calls daily.
- Leverage strong skip-tracing skills to locate consumers and secure payments effectively.
- Engage in negotiations, turning challenges into successful payment arrangements.
- Develop payment solutions that align client needs with company objectives.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve shared goals, exemplifying a teamwork mindset.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all communications and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years or recent collections (required). Auto collections is a plus!
- Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Bilingual: Spanish-speaking is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency: Comfortable managing a high volume of calls daily.
- Availability: Monday to Friday.
