Position Summary:
As a Color LED Pool Lights Sales Representative, you will be the key point of contact for customers looking to upgrade or install new full color LED pool lights. Using your expertise in swimming pools, you will handle incoming inquiries, assess customers’ needs, and provide tailored product recommendations and accurate quotes. This is a non-cold calling position, as you will be responding to inbound inquiries from new customers. This position requires a background of knowledge in swimming pool systems. Training will include specifics about the products offered by PoolLights.com as well as the software used at the time of the sale. If you are currently working outdoors in the Swimming Pool Industry and possess the knowledge of Swimming Pool Automation and Pool Light installation, you are the perfect candidate to apply @ PoolLights.com and enjoy your workdays while working in the office.
This position has the potential to earn 80k - 100k yearly by eventually graduating to full time employment. Commission tiers will be added based on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about our LED pool lighting products and solutions.
- Assess customer pool systems and existing lighting systems, to recommend the ideal products.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, ensuring that customers are well-informed and confident in their choices.
- Generate accurate, customized quotes based on customer requirements and pool specifications.
- Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries to convert leads into sales and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, quotes, and sales in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of swimming pool systems. No exceptions.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, ideally within the swimming pool industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly manner.
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend the best solutions tailored to their specific pool and lighting requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing quotes and customer information.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude with a strong focus on satisfaction and relationship building.
- This is a non-cold calling position, so no outbound sales or cold calls are required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
