In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial real estate closings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. You'll need to be adept at identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
While not required, prior experience in lending or real estate will be a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire commercial closing process from start to finish.
- Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, realtors, and attorneys.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to company growth and client retention.
- Provide support to our Commercial Division Manager and Construction Escrow Processor as needed.
- Travel between offices as required to facilitate closings and support business needs.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or 2+ years of professional office experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to varying workloads.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel between offices as needed.
