About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for high-end corporate interiors and industrial office projects. You’ll ensure seamless execution on site, leading trades, enforcing safety, and upholding our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily field activities and maintain a safe, productive jobsite.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics for efficient project delivery.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specs and standards.
- Provide daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager and project stakeholders.
- Foster positive working relationships with clients and project teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Class A interiors and industrial office projects.
- Proficient in managing finish work, tenant improvements, and high-end interiors details.
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of jobsite safety practices.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
