Kleen Cut Services, LLC is a small, family-owned company that was established in 1992 and is based in central Illinois. We specialize in providing industrial mowing services for businesses, primarily utility companies. Our season begins in April and runs through November, depending on weather.
Job Description/Duties/Requirements: mowing with a commercial grade zero turn mower, string trimming, pruning, blowing off sidewalks and parking lots, and minimal amount of push mowing.
· Experience using commercial mowing equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
· Training will be on the job training
· Must be reliable
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must be physically able to work outdoors in any type of weather
· Work is performed in all kinds of weather from hot to cold and rainy. Please be prepared for this by wearing appropriate attire.
· Ability to exercise good judgement with a strong attention to detail
· Assist in repairs and maintenance of equipment
· Communicating with team crew leaders
· Make sure to bring lunch and snacks per personal preference
· Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment
· Perform related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the company
· Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
· Weekends may be occasionally used due to bad weather during work week
· Overtime may be required
· Overnight trip of 1 night per week may be required (meal allowance and room provided)
· Good teamwork is a must
· 20-30% of the job is in transit between locations on most days (travel time is paid at hourly pay rate)
· Work boots required but not provided (waterproof is suggested)
