Are you ready to make a real impact on our growing commercial lending team? We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Loan Administrator to join our dynamic team. Under the general direction of the Chief Lending Officer and lending team you will help in the administration of commercial loans in conformance with established policies, strategies, and procedures by providing the highest level of member service and responsiveness to the financial needs of individuals, families, businesses, and organizations served by the Credit Union.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties for the Commercial Lending Department including new and existing loan administration, member calling, management of daily transactions for the commercial member base, file and account maintenance and resolving any issues that arise.
- Function as intermediary contact for all commercial members addressing existing account questions for all banking needs and products. Interface with members, attorneys, and Credit Union officers to respond to inquiries, problems, or loan status issues.
- Responsible for post-approval processing and funding of loan commitments. Interact with CU’s Counsel to resolve any closing issues with assistance of the Loan Officer. Work with the Loan Officer to ensure that all closing conditions have been met and/or that necessary approval is obtained to close without certain conditions met. Ensuring accurate data entry into the Institution platforms
- Ensure that the Commercial Lending activities are conducted under all regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations and with adherence to internal control policies and procedures.
- Assist the Loan Service team in the resolution and any commercial loan-related problems.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience within Credit Union and or Banking preferred. Administrative experience in the field so Insurance or legal settings align with well with this role.
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate’s degree or administrative certification desired.
- Solid MS Office Suite and data platforms required.
- Meticulous with strong organizational skills and atention to accuracy and problem solving while working with high volumes of documents and interacting with others.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficiency in using loan origination systems and financial software, desired.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
