Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain cleanliness in commercial office buildings and perform apartment turns between tenants. This role includes general cleaning, deep cleaning, light maintenance, and ensuring that spaces are clean, sanitary, and ready for use. MUST START THIS WEEK.

Key Responsibilities:Commercial Office Building Cleaning:
- Dust, wipe, and disinfect desks, tables, and common area surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins
- Clean windows, glass doors, and partitions
- Sanitize bathrooms, restock paper products and soap dispensers
- Clean kitchens, break rooms, and other shared spaces
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Apartment Turns:
- Perform full unit cleaning after move-outs, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Deep clean appliances: ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, and dishwashers
- Wash interior windows, walls, baseboards, doors, and trim as needed
- Vacuum carpets; sweep and mop all hard flooring
- Remove any remaining debris or trash left by prior tenants
- Report damages or required repairs
- Ensure unit is move-in ready on schedule
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or apartment turnover preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and safe use of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites

- Work schedule and pay frequency may vary based on project needs and locations
