Signal Tru Brand is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to support internal and external communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in crafting clear and consistent messaging, manage various communications channels, and collaborate with departments to ensure alignment with our brand’s voice and values. Key Responsibilities
Develop, proofread, and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
Support the creation and execution of communication strategies and campaigns.
Maintain consistent messaging across all departments and documentation.
Assist in preparing presentations, press releases, and client-facing materials.
Coordinate communication logistics for meetings, events, and corporate initiatives.
Collaborate with management and marketing teams to align messaging with company goals.
Track communication effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in a communications-related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt communication for different audiences.
