What you will be doing:
Are you a creative communicator passionate about crafting and developing engaging stories across various platforms? As a Communications Specialist, you will assist in the development and implementation of employee communications, external communications and marketing communications programs to strengthen our brand.

- Assists with planning and implementing marketing and communication strategies for Divisions and the Company overall.
- Develops, implements, and analyzes marketing and communications materials for assigned Divisions, including print, video, website, advertising, digital marketing, and sponsorship events.
- Collaborates with Managers and external vendors for graphic design, print, and other creative needs.
- Manages a master marketing and communications tracking calendar and develops reports to monitor program effectiveness.
- Develops and monitors Division social media posts, collaborating with an external social media consultant.
- Serves as Division brand manager to ensure all stakeholders uphold brand standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or related field required.
- 2+ years’ experience in corporate communications or related field required, can include internships.
- Excellent AP writing style skill required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet assigned deadlines and collaborate across variety of teams, departments and organizations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; with proven experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Understanding of integrated marketing and communications approach.
- Must have the ability to work independently within a team-based dynamic.
- Flexible and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions, complete tasks accurately and accept supervisory input and constructive criticism.
