Company Description
Job Location: Fargo, ND
Marketing in civil engineering is a unique challenge—it’s where creativity meets technical know-how.
As a Communications Assistant on the Digital Marketing team, you're not just promoting services; you're telling the story of complex projects in a way that resonates with clients and the public. That means using tools like websites, social media, email campaigns, and data-driven strategies to get the message out. You need to be persuasive and thoughtful, highlighting the firm’s strengths while staying tuned in to what clients really need. And since the industry is full of technical language and niche details, having a curious mind that can dig in and translate that into engaging, accessible content is key.
If you can balance these diverse skills, consider joining the growing Marketing and Communications Department at Houston Engineering, Inc. (HEI). You’ll have the opportunity to challenge yourself in both expected and unexpected ways—and grow professionally along the way.
