As a Community Enrollment Representative, you will be responsible for meeting company performance standards, executing customer acquisition campaigns, closing sales, and managing new customer accounts. Your Role as a Community Engagement Representative:
- Educate individuals in a face-to-face setting about available services and assist with enrollment
- Implement creative sales and engagement initiatives to connect with eligible customers
- Collaborate with the Community Enrollment Representative teams on community outreach initiatives and workshops to create a more effective outreach program
- Consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales goals, lead-to-sale conversion rates, and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Network daily with top Community Enrollment Representatives to enhance and develop sales and customer service techniques
- Follow government regulations and company guidelines while assisting customers
- Track outreach effectiveness through consumer engagements with the Community Enrollment Representative team and recommend improvements for future strategies
Qualifications of a Community Enrollment Representative:
- Experience as a Community Enrollment Representative, in sales, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently and perform well with a team
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
- An entrepreneur mindset
- Excellent communication and sales presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
