Job Summary
Enlightenment Transitional Living, LLC provides home and community-based services (HCBS) to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We help people access their community, build relationships, and live fulfilling lives with dignity and independence.
We are seeking compassionate, dependable Community Integration Specialists/Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one support in the community. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Flexible).
Note: This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to transport clients to appointments, activities, and community outings.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with IDD in accessing social, educational, and recreational activities
- Encourage independence, engagement, and inclusion
- Drive individuals to and from activities using your personal vehicle
- Track service delivery and complete documentation using our mobile EVV system
- Maintain professional boundaries, safety, and confidentiality

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- CPR/First Aid and TB test (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance (transportation is required)
- Must pass background checks
- Comfortable using a smartphone to log time and progress
- Availability to work flexible hours including some daytime and early evening hours, Monday through Friday.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Experience with IDD population or caregiving (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with autism, memory care, dementia, or behavioral health
- Strong work ethic, compassion, and reliability
