Hours Worked: Usual hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. The manager's schedule must be flexible to accommodate various facility, personnel, and organizational needs.


What You Will Bring to Our Team: A CSM should have knowledge of 245D services, prior experience with the development of service outcomes and supports individual program plans and experience or training in hiring and coordinating staff. The ideal candidate will also possess a participatory leadership style.

Must meet the qualification of a Designated Coordinator which include any of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services and one (1) year (2,080 hours) experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or individuals aged 65 or older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;
  • Associates degree in a field related to human services, and two (2) years (4,160 hours) of experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or individuals aged 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;
  • Diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three (3) years (6,240 hours) of experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or individuals aged 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;
  • A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four (4) years (8,320 hours) of experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or individuals aged 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in the first 3 bullets.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record check
  • Must not be disqualified by appropriate criminal background studies.
  • Meet the physical requirements as outlined in the physical assessment.
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Able to read and write in English.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook Express and Internet Explorer.


A Community Supports Manager provides program related monitoring, supervision and resource for all EON, Inc's service sites. The manager is also responsible for the oversight of supervisors and the quality of care within their respective services.

  • Provide orientation and on-going training to company staff.
  • Provide assistance in service initiation and discontinuation of services.
  • Assist with identifying potential service recipients to fill client vacancies.
  • Coordinate all admissions and termination of services of EON, Inc.’s clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of programming standards and regulations under which the organization operates.
  • Teach and support Supervisors in the disciplinary process for the people they supervise.
  • Responsible for budget development, and financial performance of their assigned area and programs including monitoring cash flow and financial statements and communicating with employees as needed.
  • Serve as the backup Designated Coordinator (245D guideline) as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
