We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. As a Veterinarian, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing surgeries, and advising pet owners on proper animal care.
Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals to assess their health and diagnose any conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures as required, ensuring the highest standards of aseptic technique.
- Administer vaccinations and medications as needed.
- Provide critical care to animals in emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient.
- Educate pet owners on proper animal husbandry, nutrition, and preventive care practices.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
- Proficient in pet care and veterinary critical care practices.
- Strong knowledge of animal anatomy and veterinary terminology.
- Experience with animal restraint techniques to ensure safety during examinations and procedures.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures for diagnostic testing.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $124,588.00 - $135,306.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
