Full-Time / Part-Time | Overnight Shifts
Destiny Helpers, a licensed provider of in-home supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking compassionate, dependable Overnight Companions to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values calm environments and meaningful service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight presence and supervision in the client’s home
- Support individuals with evening routines and occasional nighttime needs
- Maintain a quiet, respectful environment that promotes rest and safety
- Respond to emergencies or behavioral needs calmly and appropriately
- Document overnight activities, observations, and incidents accurately
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Must pass background and CPS registry checks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
